bm8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the bm8 website at bm8.bio and all associated services, products, and features operated by bm8.
• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User to access the bm8 platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal account balance held within the bm8 platform denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sportsbook event, or any other gambling product offered on the bm8 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins credit, or other bonus amounts granted to a Member's account pursuant to a bm8 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all bm8 Members to confirm identity, age, and residency.

Use of the bm8 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bm8 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory and conducted via government-issued identity documents during the KYC process.
• You must be accessing the bm8 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the bm8 platform.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the bm8 platform or any affiliated platform, or who has been excluded by court order or regulatory direction from participating in gambling activities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access wagering services on the bm8 platform, you must create a registered Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active bm8 account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being held pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bm8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party.
• bm8 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the bm8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBe. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within the bm8 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your bm8 Wallet upon confirmed receipt. bm8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time for verified accounts is 1 to 3 business hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high volume.
• bm8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your registered bm8 account details. Third-party payment withdrawals are not permitted.
• bm8 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the bm8 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, roulette, EPL betting) are published within the relevant product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bm8 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances expressly provided for under product-specific rules (e.g., event cancellation, abandonment, or technical error).
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bm8 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the Member's Wallet.
• bm8 reserves the right to void bets and/or withhold winnings where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors or bonuses in a manner not intended by bm8.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events and are displayed within the game or event interface before a wager is placed. Limits may vary by table, game type, or event.
• bm8 reserves the right to restrict betting limits or access to specific markets for individual accounts at its sole discretion, particularly where an account's betting pattern suggests professional arbitrage activity.

bm8 offers various bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers. Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum bonus amounts are stated in the individual promotion terms, which take precedence over these general provisions where they conflict.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate balance from your real-money Wallet balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game type are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred or shared with another account.
• bm8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before a Member has satisfied the applicable wagering requirement, the unconverted bonus balance will be removed from the account without compensation.
• bm8 reserves the right to disqualify a Member from a promotion and to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

bm8 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools and policies form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Limit reductions are effective immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply for a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for wagering and no login is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which irrevocably closes the account to all gambling activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Member's designated withdrawal method.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net wagering activity during the session.

bm8 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted on all accounts as part of mandatory KYC. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please reach out to a responsible gaming support organisation appropriate to your jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one bm8 account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in game software or the bm8 platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Facilitating access to the bm8 platform for persons who are self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity or bonus abuse techniques.

All intellectual property rights in and to the bm8 platform, including but not limited to the bm8 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to bm8. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any Member a licence to use any bm8 intellectual property except as strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended personal recreational purpose. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any bm8 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence and/or give rise to civil liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• bm8's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to bm8 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• bm8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bm8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bm8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond bm8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or third-party provider outages.
• bm8 is not responsible for the tax implications of gambling winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from winnings received through use of the bm8 platform.

bm8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, bm8 will notify registered Members by email to the address registered on the account or by a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bm8 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bm8's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bm8 platform, bm8 and the Member shall endeavour to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

Members may submit a formal complaint to bm8 customer support via the live chat facility available on the platform. bm8 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within 14 days of acknowledgement. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through bm8's internal process, escalation to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism may be available.
